Qualifications/Responsibilities:

- Preferably with mall operations and supervisory experience.
- Effectively and consistently implement approved policies, guidelines, and procedures set in accordance with the company's standards.
- Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and presentations, and setting up meetings.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and facilities in accordance with safety and security standards.
- Prepares periodic reports to monitor the progress of works.
- Prepares monthly updated reports.
- Handle tenant concerns regarding billing and collection, maintenance, or building problems.
- Facilitate processing tenant requests/concerns such as tenant ingress and egress, staff endorsement, construction, etc.
- Facilitate Leasing - Head Office pertaining to inquiries and leasing concerns.
- Computer literate with good communication skills both written and oral.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description

  • Assist in developing and creating strategies, policies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls.
  • Following up on leads for potential tenants
  • Process client applications and lease offer to close a deal
  • Documentation, Encoding, and Filing
  • Monitor Lease Renewals
  • Respond to the client Inquiries
  • Prepare leasing report to be submitted to the Superior
  • Coordination with other departments for alignment (Guidelines and Processes)
  • With excellent organizational skill
  • Tasks to be assigned from time to time
  • Site visit for validation and confirmation of tenants/clients
  • Sourcing of new tenants

Job Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy Graduate, with 3-4 years of experience in Bookkeeping and Financial Analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and accounting functions.
  • Well-known in FS preparation (Balance sheet; Income Statement and Cash Flow).
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledgeable in BIR filing/payment (via EFPS) monthly/ quarterly/ annually: VAT Output Tax, Expanded and compensation computation and filing, Quarterly Income Tax.
  • Have the knowledge to process and prepare AR (collections) and AP (disbursements) aging reports.
  • Analyze accounting entries and recommend adjustments if necessary.
  • Have knowledge of Fixed Assets Lapsing schedule.
  • Preferably have knowledge in the construction company.
  • Other duties related to accounting functions as required by the company.

Job Description

•  Helps the Chief Audit Executive develop and implement short/long-range and annual audit plans
•  Plans, directs, supervises, and reviews audit personnel activities
•  Discusses and coordinates personnel management issues with the Chief Audit Executive
•  Develop appropriate resources to achieve engagement objectives. Staffing should be based on an evaluation of the nature and complexity of each engagement, time constraints, and available resources
•  Properly supervises engagements to ensure objectives are achieved, quality is assured, and staff is developed

Qualifications:

A professional certification related to the audit profession (preferably but not required) either 2 years of professional auditing in finance and operational environment and, security administration experience.

•  Certification in Audit is a Profession an advantage but not required
•  Familiarity with the business and operation of leasing including regulatory compliance
